The Trophy Room Taxidermy Customer Form

Terms

Deposit Requirement: A $100 deposit is needed upon check-in to secure your booking. Additional Charges for Repairs: Extra charges may apply for extensive repairs or sewing needs. Policy for Roadkill: Acceptance of roadkill is at our discretion, accompanied by an additional $25-$50 charge. Storage Fee for Delayed Pickup: Mounts not collected within 14 days after completion notification will incur a monthly $25 storage fee. Policy for Unclaimed Mounts: Any mounts unclaimed after 90 days from completion notification become property of The Trophy Room Taxidermy. They may be resold or disposed of, with loss of deposit. Timeframe for Deciding on Mounts: You have 90 days from drop-off to decide on desired mounts. After this period, the animal(s) may become property of The Trophy Room Taxidermy, subject to disposal and loss of deposit.

At The Trophy Room Taxidermy, we take pride in our tanning and preservation processes, conducted either in-house or through trusted commercial facilities. However, it's important to note that occasional challenges may arise during tanning or preservation, especially if hides/capes have not been properly cared for in the field or due to inherent defects. Factors such as hide freshness, seasonal conditions, and field care significantly influence the final result of your mount. While we strive for excellence, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for damages or total loss of hides that occur during these processes. Additionally, please be aware that The Trophy Room Taxidermy cannot be held liable for any loss of trophies or mounts resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as theft, electrical outages, or other events beyond our control.
